NBA 2K11 My Player!! NEED HELP!!?

I make a player and he is a 6'6'' shooting guard. He is about 41 overall. In the draft combine games i can never get the above C+ teammate grade. How do i get that?? Also I tried a different person earlier but didnt go how i wanted so i deleted him but on it i got drafted in the second round and in the summer curcuit games i thought i did pretty good but then i was in the D-League. How do I get into the NBA after the draft?? Thanks a ton to anyone who will help.
