What is the difference between metallicas load with the parental advisory and the edited version.?

I am wondering because the only place I can find the unedited version is online. I know that some cds that contained the parental advisory a long time ago do not carry it today. Is that the case with this album. I checked my local fye and they had it but it didnt have the sticker nor did best buy or walmart. I really want to buy the album but would like to get it as it was meant to be heard. If the edit version doesnt mess up the meaning of the cd I may go with it. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.
