Know of any low-medium priced good DJ turntable and mixer packs?

I recently got into DJing, and I would like a CD turntable and mixer combo, that is under $500 that is good. it must have the following. Crossfader, Effects such as Flanger, Echo, and Filter. Hot Points. and it must be able to go though speakers or a headset without a comp (uses a power supply).
