I need help with a dell dimension 8100 with BIOS!!!?

i have a dell dimension 8100 with BIOS and it has a blank hard drive in it. i need a recourse CD to boot from but dont have one can someone help me out? know where i can get a free one? please reply with lots of detail. thank you
