I have a desktop and my keyboard is messed up.?

I have a Dell dimension 2400. Ever time I just type a letter, it types a different letter and like 3 at a time for one key stroke. I reset my computer and that didn't help. Now I can't put my password in and I'm using my iPhone to post this. Someone please help!
