Can i update my desktop's graphics card drivers using my laptop?

I have a gaming pc but i dont have internet access and i want to update my nvidia gpu drivers to play some new games. I have a laptop that has wifi and i get web access from my neighbor. I was wondering if i can download the driver on the laptop and tranfer the data to my desktop using a flash drive or a usb cable. If its possible can you explain step by step how to do it.
