Took my hard drive out and ran a drive repair useing my laptop and then replaced the drive and drivers are out?

My harddrive was acting funny and seemed like it had a problem that my desktop couldnt repair so i bought a hookup that i could hook to the the harddrive and them to my laptop. I ran the disk rapir that was on my laptop and it seemed to fix the problem. When i put the harddrive back in it says my date and time isnt set and it has a F-1 boot on the screen, when i hit F-1 it boots and starts normally. After it is all loaded up the "found new hardware wizard" come up and says its trying to install the ethernet controller when i hit next it says the wizard couldnot find the software. When i hit the start button and look at all the programs they all show that they are newly installed.Please help if you can, thank you
