Alien ware wireless not working please help?

well my computer was working fine till a friend tried to get Warcraft 3 on my alien ware m17x for free ( i was sleeping) and he messed something up and tried to do system restore with the alien ware windows 7 cd that came with the laptop so it ended up deleting everything. well the problem is that i put in the m17x resorce dvd with all the ddrivers and i cant get the wireless working it only works on wired
